From here, you can either search for specific roles or browse through recommended jobs based on your profile.
You can use the search bar at the top of the Discover page. Simply enter:
- Job title
- Keywords
- Employer or site name
- Location (city, state, or ZIP code)
This will help you quickly locate relevant opportunities instead of browsing through all available jobs.
This is the easiest way to find roles that are most relevant to you without needing to search manually.
For example, a “Good Match” means your skills, experience, or preferences are closely aligned with the job requirements. This helps you prioritise which jobs to explore and apply for.
If you prefer, you can choose to skip them by clicking “I’ll do it later” and complete them at any time.
AI-powered insights give you a quick summary of the job and explain how your profile matches it.
They may also suggest areas to prepare for. You can use these insights to:

You can go to Jobs → My Jobs → Drafts and complete your application later.
Saved jobs will appear under the Saved section in My Jobs, so you can revisit and apply when you’re ready.
This section shows all the jobs you have successfully applied for, helping you keep track of your applications.
This saves time and makes the application process faster.
Your profile plays a key role in how effectively you can discover and apply for jobs.
A more complete profile helps:
- Improve job matching
- Increase the relevance of recommendations
- Enhance the visibility of your application to employers
Keeping your profile updated ensures you are presented with better opportunities and helps employers better understand your qualifications.
The import is a one-time process, and any changes you make in Exxat One will not sync back to Prism.
This allows you to share your profile externally if needed.
